Walking or running is great for health! It helps maintain a healthy weight, strengthen bones, prevent or manage heart diseases and high blood pressure, reduces excess body fat, and helps you stay fit.

100 Days of Steps Challenge makes it more FUN! Over 100 days, and 10 stages, you would be required to finish as many as 50 interesting challenges. Begin your fitness journey, now!

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

Sign up for event

Check out the various challenges and register for the event online. Event starts on Jan 1st.

Track your steps

Install Google Fit app on mobile to track your daily steps count. You may also use Garmin / FitBit / Apple watch for same.

Complete the challenges

The 100 day event has 50 unique step challenges. Complete them as per challenge timelines (Jan 1 to Apr 10)

View your progress

View your challenge status and event reports on the HDOR website or mobile app.

STAGES, CHALLENGES & POINTS

100 Days Steps Challenge is divided into 10 stages of 10 days each. Each stage presents multiple challenges, with points being awarded for successful completion of each challenge. As you complete each challenge, you will rise in the event leaderboard and rankings.

The best part about the challenges is that the targets for the next stage are decided based on what you do in current stage.

Each stage will have 5 challenges to complete

  • Daily Goal (Min. steps per day)

    The number of steps to be done on a daily basis to complete the challenge. Earn points for each day you beat your daily goal. The goal for next stage will be decided on the basis of the daily average of previous stage and number of times you beat your daily goal.

    Points: 50 per day

     

  • Active Days (Min. steps on any 3 days)

    For a minimum of 3 days during the stage, beat this target of daily steps. Earn points for completing the challenge once every stage. The target for any stage is 1.5 times of the daily goal for the same stage

    Points: 200 per stage

     

  • Super Day (Min. steps on any 1 day)

    For a minimum of 1 day during the stage, beat this target of daily steps. Earn points for completing the challenge once every stage. The target for next stage will be decided on basis of top day during the previous stage with a minimum of previous stage target.

    Points: 250 per stage

     

  • Stage Goal (Total steps in 10 days)

    The total number of steps to be covered during the 10 day stage window. Earn points for completing the challenge once every stage. The target for next stage will be decided on basis of the total steps covered during the previous stage with a minimum of previous stage target.

    Points: 200 per stage

     

  • 10 Day Streak

    Beat your daily goal for all 10 days of the stage. Earn points for completing the challenge once every stage.

    Points: 250 per stage

     

  • ALL 100 DAYS

    Beat your daily step goal for all 100 days and earn 1000 bonus points at end of the event. Being consistent will earn you fabulous rewards

    Points: 1000 once at end of the event

FINISHER CRITERIA

Finishers will be classified as Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze or Iron finisher based on the points earned from the various challenges. Achieving a minimum of 5000 points will qualify you as an event finisher, as well as qualify for the finisher medal. In addition to challenge points, every 1000 steps will get you 4 bonus points and help in achieving your target finisher level.

DIAMOND FINISHER - 20,000 POINTS

PLATINUM FINISHER - 15,000 POINTS

GOLD FINISHER - 12,500 POINTS

SILVER FINISHER - 10,000 POINTS

BRONZE FINISHER - 7,500 POINTS

IRON FINISHER - 5,000 POINTS

LEADERBOARD AND REPORTS

Once you have registered for the event, you will be able to download the official HDOR app (iOS | Android) and view your event stats for your submitted activities.

Check your rank against other participants as well as check out the podium place finishers in each event category.

You will also be able to view all the reports and leaderboards using your HDOR login account on your laptop or computer.

When do registrations end?

Event registrations end on Feb 28th, 2022.

How do I login to my account?

Participants who do not have any pre-existing HDOR accounts need to create one first. Past HDOR participants can re-use their pre-existing accounts to login. In case you have forgot your password, use the forgot password feature on the login page to generate a new one.

When can I walk or run for the event?

The event starts on Jan 1st and ends on Apr 10th, 2022. Participants must complete all activities between these dates.

How do I record and submit my activity data?

Steps data can only be submitted using automatic import from supported apps / devices. As of now following are supported

  • Google Fit on Android & iOS
  • Apple Health on iOS (using HDOR mobile app)
  • Garmin
  • FitBit

If you are using any other app or device, you will have to make sure that you are to sync your steps data to either Google Fit or Apple Health. And from their the data sync will happen with HDOR

How do I qualify as a finisher?

Achieving a minimum of 5000 points will qualify you as a finisher.Click here to know more about various finisher categories.

Can my activity be disqualified?

Event organizers can reject any entry which may be considered invalid and an attempt at cheating.

Steps manually added to Google Fit or Apple Health will not be counted and would be considered as cheating. Any such incidence would lead to disqualification from the event

Will "Super Day" count in "Active Days" ?

No. Super day and active day targets will have to done on independent days.
